Welcome to the East Tennnessee Council of the Blind website.   East Tennnessee Council of the Blind is a state chapter of the  Tennnessee Council of the Blind

We are a non-profit consumer-based advocacy group.  We strive to educate the public about the capabilities of the blindness community, advocate for legislation that effects our population and provide resource information to those who care for or are individuals currently navigating vision loss. 

We are constantly updating our lists of resources, in an effort to provide the most up-to-date information that is available to us.
